This is an app launching program called Flygesture. It’s not that I’m not a Quicksilver fan, but Quicksilver lacks something this program has: The ability to launch several apps at once. I still use Quicksilver for most things but when I need my daily routine mails check up I use this to open up several emails at once. It also has some other neat features such as running apple scripts and automated typing all with a simply gesture of your mouse.
