Mission Minimal
I’ve been trying to remove noise and clutter from my Mac for a couple of weeks and this is the result:
I use Xmenu to access my Documents from the menu bar.
Dock Gone to keep my desk out of sight.
OverFlow for when I need to access apps (I like the way this keeps my app list pared down to the essentials).
Dateline and Fuzzy Clock stop me obsessing about the time but remind me of the date.
Growl lets my emails discretely pop up without me having to go to the Mail client unless its important.
And I’ve just started experimenting with TextExpander
